ROBERT B. LOCHHEAD
Robert O. Lochhead obtained B.A. degree from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah in 1975. He received a J.D. from Columbia University, New York City in 1978. He worked as a law clerk in the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, Salt Lake City, Utah for 2 years. He worked as an attorney in private practice for 32 years. From 2010 to 2013 he served as a regional councel for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Supervised in-house legal staff and outside counsel in Russia, Ukraine and other former Soviet republics, Bulgaria, and Turkey. Areas of responsibility included corporate compliance, real property, construction, labor, contracts, tax, human rights, immigration, finance, government relations, and litigation.

 

BEN H. HADFIELD, JUDGE
Ben H. Hadfield obtained a B.A. degree from Weber State College in 1975. He received a J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1978. He worked as an attorney in private practice for 15 years. He was appointed to the District Court Bench in 1993 by Governor Michael Leavitt. During his years on the bench he served as a member and as chair of the Board of District Court Judges, as a member of the Utah Judicial Council, and two terms as Presiding Judge of the First District Court. He conducted well over one hundred jury trials. He retired in August 2014 and now serves as a senior judge and provides private mediation services.

 

 

LOREN LAMBERT
In addition to running his own legal practice, Arrow Legal Solutions Group, Attorney Loren M. Lambert writes extensively as an essayist, creenwriter and is an independent film producer.  Mr. Lambert is a board member of GreenTreeYoga and OFFER (a non-profit organization that promotes advocacy, education and research for persons with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia).  He has also been a kayak, canoe and rafting guide on the Snake and Salmon rivers. Mr. Lambert studied at the University of Utah, the University of Seville Spain and the J. Reuban Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. His law practice, established in 1991, mainly focuses on disability law and employment law.  Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Lambert clerked for Judge Ray Harding, a Trial Court Judge in the Fourth District of Utah, and performed a three year tour of duty as a JAG officer in the United States Army. While attending the University of Seville, Mr. Lambert taught English and trained with the Mercantile Club’s flat water kayak and canoe team.  While in the military, he has lived in Virginia, Georgia, Washington, California and Korea and his river running has taken him to British Colombia, Washington, Wyoming, Idaho, Virginia, Colorado, and of course, all over Utah where he was raised and currently resides. Mr. Lambert’s other interests include photography, swimming, yoga, weight lifting, biking, and camping.  Mr. Lambert has competed in wrestling, volley ball, long distance running, triathalons and kayaking.  He speaks fluent Spanish and his achievements include a black belt in Tae Kwon-Do and winning the Governor’s Cup in kayaking in Jackson, Wyoming.

 

BOB REEVE
Bob Reeve received his Juris Doctorate, graduating with distinction, from the University of North Dakota in 1992.  Prior to receiving his JD, Bob received a Masters in Public Administration and Bachelors of Arts from Brigham Young University, and a Masters in Science, Philosophy from the University of Utah.  He currently works in private practice in Las Vegas and Los Angeles County, handling contract, family law, product liability/wrongful death, criminal law, landlord-tenant, personal injury, social security, wills and trusts, and employment law. Bob served as a District Attorney and County Counsel in Esmeralda County, Nevada.  He has worked as a Deputy District Attorney & law clerk in Stanislaus County, Modesto, CA. He is a member of the Nevada, California, and Washington D.C. Bars. Bob is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, can understand Italian and French, and is currently studying Russian.

 

DONALD J. EYRE, JUDGE
Judge Donald J. Eyre, Jr., was appointed to the Fourth District Court in November 1994. He served Juab,Millard, Utah, and Wasatch counties. He received a law degree from the University of Utah in 1976 and worked
in private practice from then until his appointment to the bench. Judge Eyre was appointed Nephi City attorney in
1978 and also served as Juab County attorney. He served on the Jury Education Committee, the Justice Court Standards Committee, and the Children and Family Law Standing Committee. He served on the Utah Judicial Council. He retired on January 1, 2015.
